Wiregrass Auction Group is looking for an Auction Gallery Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and never boring. You’ll be at the center of our personal property auctions — managing inventory, cataloging and photographing items, preparing the gallery for auctions, and ensuring buyers and sellers have a seamless experience.

What You’ll Do

·      Organize, tag, catalog, and photograph auction items.

·      Coordinate consignor drop-offs and intake.

·      Keep the gallery safe, clean, and ready for auctions.

·      Oversee auction setup, previews, and loadouts.

·      Support shipping logistics and communicate with buyers.

·      Serve as a point of contact for customer questions.

What We’re Looking For

·      Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

·      Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software.

·      Strong communication and customer service skills.

·      Able to lift and move furniture, boxes, and larger items.

·      Above-average photography skills are a plus!
